- Work closely with business team to understand their analytical needs, identify critical metrics and KPIs, etc.
- Develop analytic and regular reporting packages. (BI)
- Support data governance and ensure data quality of productive systems
- Provide system support, troubleshoot issues
- Database modeling & reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI)
- Bachelor’s degree in information system or equivalents.
- 2 years relevant experience in data analytics and real estate industry
- Strong in SQL, Python development
- Knowledge in ERP system such as SAP FICO, EPM, Yardi
- Experience in using Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI is an advantage
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Fresh Graduate with strong technical skills would be considered
