Data Engineer - Big Data & Databricks, Global Impact

MSC Technology Italy is seeking a Data Engineer to join the EDMA Data Hub, a global, agile team delivering an interconnected data platform to serve business users across domains.

You will work with big data technologies such as SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks, and data lake/warehouse architectures, building robust ingestion and transformation pipelines and ensuring data quality. The role involves collaboration across countries and occasional on-call support.

Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines with high performance. Orchestrate pipelines with scheduling, fault tolerance, and monitoring. Ensure data quality and meet SLAs across data platforms. Experience with big data technologies and Databricks. Knowledge of medallion architecture and data pipelines.
