Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
- Building and optimising data warehouses, data lakes, and scalable data platforms
- Integrating data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and integrity
- Collaborating with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders
- Automating data workflows and monitoring pipeline performance
- Implementing data governance, security, and compliance best practices
- Supporting reporting, analytics, and machine learning initiatives
Job Experience Required:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with Python, Scala, Java, or similar programming languages
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and data integration platforms
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Exposure to modern data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Synapse
- Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Airflow, or similar data technologies
