Data Engineer @ DCG
Summary
Recruitment firm DCG is hiring a Data Engineer for a client in Poland: supporting and optimizing production SQL Server data, ETL/ELT processes, query tuning, and store-launch implementation work. Core stack is SQL Server, SSMS, SQL Profiler/Extended Events; Python, Grafana, and Claude Code are nice to have.

Data EngineerOffer:
- Private medical care

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with production data in SQL Server
- Experience working with large data volumes and production environments
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in SSMS
- Knowledge of SQL Server diagnostic tools (SQL Profiler, Extended Events)
- Ability to analyze query execution plans and optimize SQL queries
- Required English level: minimum B2+
Nice to have:
- Experience in onboarding or migration projects
- Familiarity with Claude Code
- Experience with Grafana
- Knowledge of Python
