We’re seeking a skilled data engineer to design, build, and manage our data & systems infrastructure. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our data is organized, accessible, and secure, enabling effective data-driven decision-making across the organization by integrating the data with systems.
- Design and implement data models: Create logical and physical data models to support business processes.
- Develop and maintain data warehouses: Build and manage scalable data storage solutions.
- Integrate data from various sources: Combine data from different systems, primarily from operation technologies (OT) to create a unified view.
- Ensure data equality and integrity: Implement processes to validate and clean data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business users and IT teams to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a database engineering databases management role.
- Understands data architecture, data modelling, and operating technologies (OT).
- Expertise in database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Phyton, Java, or Scala.
- Knowledge of data warehousing principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
