Job Description

As a Data Engineer, you will contribute to the implementation of a turnkey service allowing teams to leverage their BigQuery data within operational applications. This solution will be based on a database optimized for high-frequency reads, as well as an automatically generated API layer.

Your responsibilities

The mission is structured around three main axes:

1. Implementation

• Configuration of the data replication pipeline from BigQuery to an operational database

• Deployment of an automatically generated GraphQL API layer on top of this database

2. Industrialization

• Development of mechanisms allowing for the automated provisioning of the entire stack for each new use case

• Implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, standardized models, and self-service deployment

3. Observability

• Provision of ready-to-use monitoring tools for users

• Monitoring of replication pipeline and API layer performance (metrics, alerts, dashboards)

Qualifications

• You hold an Engineering degree / Master's degree (Bac +5)

• You have professional English proficiency

• You have at least 3 years of experience

• You are proficient in data replication in cloud environments

• You know how to automatically generate API layers from relational databases

• You are capable of automating and industrializing infrastructures
