Summary
Build and maintain data pipelines and warehouses using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and SQL. Responsible for ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and ensuring data governance and security within a cloud environment.
Requirements
- Relevant IT / Computer Science / Data qualification and experience
- Strong Data Engineering experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric / Fabric IQ
- Strong SQL development and database experience
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
- ETL / ELT development experience
- Azure data services and cloud experience
- Python experience advantageous
- Microsoft Fabric Data Factory / Data Pipelines experience
- Lakehouse / Data Warehouse experience
- Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage advantageous
- Power BI and data modelling experience advantageous
- Experience with Databricks advantageous
- Git and version control experience
- Data integration and transformation experience
- Understanding of data governance, quality and security
- API and REST integration experience advantageous
- CI/CD and DevOps practices advantageous
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for data and technology
