The Data Engineer will develop and maintain enterprise data pipelines and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and Spark. This hybrid role requires working onsite in Knutsford, UK, to support large-scale data integration initiatives.
Data Engineer | Knutsford (Hybrid)
RED now has a new contract opportunity for a Data Engineer to join one of our key partners on a long-term Enterprise Data Platform & Analytics Programme.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Knutsford, UK.
Specific skills/experience required:
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering and data pipeline development
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating data across enterprise platforms
- Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, Spark or similar data processing technologies
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data at scale
- Knowledge of cloud-based data services and storage solutions, preferably AWS
- Experience supporting enterprise data integration initiatives
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Candidates must be located in the UK.
