Build and Scale a Modern Enterprise Data Platform

In this role, you will work within a mature data environment, focusing on the execution, enhancement, and scalability of business-critical data solutions. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-performing, and future-proof data products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, maintain, and optimise data pipelines within a large-scale GCP environment.
• Manage and improve an existing enterprise data platform.
• Design and implement scalable data integration and processing solutions.
• Automate infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Ensure data quality, reliability, monitoring, and performance across the platform.
• Support the continuous evolution of cloud-native data architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to platform scalability, operational excellence, and engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data technologies.
• Strong experience building and scaling data pipelines in cloud environments.
• Experience managing or contributing to enterprise-level data platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools).
• Experience working with modern data warehousing and ETL/ELT practices.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
