Job Description
We are looking for a BI & Data Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration and data warehousing solutions using Microsoft Azure and Oracle technologies. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality data solutions that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL/data engineering pipelines.
Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes using Azure technologies.
Develop and support data warehousing solutions.
Work with large datasets from ERP systems and accounting-related platforms.
Create and maintain data models, database objects, and PL/SQL programs.
Utilize Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and ADLS Gen2 for enterprise data integration.
Develop and support Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) workflows.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and developers to gather data requirements.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and performance across data platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and performance issues.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, and Data Warehousing.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) level experience in:
Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Azure Databricks
Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2)
Strong experience with:
Oracle Database
PL/SQL Development
SQL and RDBMS technologies
Experience working with:
Azure SQL Database
Delta Lake / ADLS Gen2
PySpark
Experience handling ERP-related projects and accounting datasets.
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) at an intermediate level.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale BI and analytics initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
