Job Summary
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of company data and records. The position supports day-to-day operations by ensuring timely and accurate data entry, document management, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Enter and maintain company records, transactions, customer information, and other operational data in the relevant systems.
Data Tracking: Update and maintain records, monitor data accuracy, and ensure information is current and readily available.
Documentation: Verify the accuracy of documents, process updates and amendments, and assist in preparing reports and other administrative records.
Administrative Support: Organize and archive documents, ensure data confidentiality, and perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Requirements
UAE National (Valid UAE Passport and Family Book are mandatory).
Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information accurately.
Work Environment
Location: Head Office, Sharjah.
Work Mode: On-Site only.
