Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of company data and records. The position supports day-to-day operations by ensuring timely and accurate data entry, document management, and administrative support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Enter and maintain company records, transactions, customer information, and other operational data in the relevant systems.

  • Data Tracking: Update and maintain records, monitor data accuracy, and ensure information is current and readily available.

  • Documentation: Verify the accuracy of documents, process updates and amendments, and assist in preparing reports and other administrative records.

  • Administrative Support: Organize and archive documents, ensure data confidentiality, and perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.


Requirements

  • UAE National (Valid UAE Passport and Family Book are mandatory).

  • Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information accurately.


Work Environment

  • Location: Head Office, Sharjah.

  • Work Mode: On-Site only.
