The Data Entry candidate will play a vital role in the Performance Department. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data management, timely reporting, and smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Excel, and possesses strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.

A Typical Day Will Include

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across planning systems and spreadsheets
• Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular checks and validations
• Generate and update reports to support planning and decision-making processes
• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, verify, and clarify data
• Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and reference
• Support the Planning team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role
• Fluency in French, with excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, basic reporting)
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Highly organized with a proactive and collaborative mindset
