Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end data lineage across source systems, data platforms, analytical environments, and reporting layers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to automate lineage capture and visualization.
- Support regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements through transparent data traceability.
- Identify critical data elements and establish lineage frameworks for key business domains.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of enterprise metadata management capabilities.
- Define and maintain business, technical, and operational metadata standards.
- Drive the onboarding of critical data assets into the enterprise data catalog.
- Establish governance processes for metadata stewardship, ownership, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure metadata remains accurate, current, and aligned with business processes.
