Data Governance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions for data management, metadata management, and data quality improvement.
• Design and implement effective data stewardship programs to ensure accurate tracking of data assets across the organization.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data governance best practices, ensuring adoption of standardized processes.

Job Requirements :

• 9.9-20 years of experience in Data Governance Lead role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of data bricks, cataloging tools (e.g., Unity Catalog), metadata management principles.
• Proven expertise in developing governance frameworks, policies, procedures; implementing effective data stewardship programs.
