As a Senior Data Governance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of our data assets across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data management best practices and promote a culture of data stewardship. - Oversee metadata management processes, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of data assets. - Utilize Databricks and Azure Purview to enhance data visibility and accessibility across the organization. - Monitor and assess data governance initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. - Serve as a subject matter expert on data governance and compliance, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
