Data Management Specialist / Workday Prism Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Data Management Specialist to join our team and support data quality and integration processes within the Workday ecosystem.
- Workday HCM Certification (mandatory).
- Workday Compensation Certification (preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism, beyond a beginner level.
- Solid background in data analysis and data validation.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of data quality.
Nice to have
- Experience working with payroll data.
- Knowledge of HR data management processes.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-go-live operations.
