Data Operations Specialist
Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month
About the role
The Data Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting business operations through data processing, reporting, analysis, and process improvement activities. This role works with large and complex datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of outputs while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes.
Key responsibilities
Own and manage assigned processes from end to end, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
Process, validate, analyze, and maintain business data and reports.
Identify, develop, and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Utilize automation tools and technologies to reduce manual effort and enhance process effectiveness.
Develop and maintain reporting tools, workflows, and process documentation.
Resolve operational, data, and reporting issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned.
About you
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
Demonstrated knowledge of automation solutions such as VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, Python, RPA, or similar technologies.
Ability to identify manual processes and implement automation-driven improvements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Experience working with large datasets and multiple source systems.
Knowledge of database concepts and data management practices.
Experience in operational support, business process improvement, or automation initiatives.
