Data Privacy & Commercial Legal Counsel - 4+ PQE
We're working with a global corporate and investment bank that is investing heavily across its EMEA platform and undergoing a significant period of growth and transformation.
As part of this evolution, the legal team is expanding its specialist capability and is seeking a commercially minded lawyer to lead on data privacy matters and also manage commercial contracts.
This is a broad, visible role offering the opportunity to become a key adviser to stakeholders across a large international organisation, supporting complex cross-border operations, regulatory change, technology initiatives and strategic procurement matters.

- Qualified lawyer with strong data privacy experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Previous team leadership, supervision or mentoring experience would be advantageous.
- Interest in technology, innovation and emerging legal developments.
