Our client a leading Global Financial Services Firm a is seeking a Legal Counsel to be responsible for Data Privacy, Digital and Technology Regulation based in the central London offices.
This will be a role at VP level and will provide strategic advice across the UK and EMEA covering a broad range of data privacy, digital, Cyber Security, AI and general Technology and commercial matters
Key Responsibilities
Providing guidance on:
- Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance
- Technology, Outsourcing & Vendor Arrangements
- AI, Digital Innovation & Emerging Technologies
- Business & Technology Change Projects
- Cybersecurity & Incident Response
- EMEA Regional Coverage advisory across the business
- Commercial Contracts
- Third Party Governance , DORA review and advice
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Lawyer with a Commercial and Data Privacy Background
- Experience in Data Privacy , GDPR, IT & Cybersecurity
- In-house financial services or Private Practice experience
