You’ll contribute to multiple transformation programmes by designing smarter processes and delivering scalable automation solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to quantify impact, measure benefits, and optimize outcomes. This consultative role offers exposure to emerging technologies and high-impact transformation initiatives.

- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Design future-state operating processes and workflows
- Deliver workflow automation solutions using low-code and RPA technologies
- Support implementation, testing and optimisation activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Assess how AI can enhance efficiency and automation outcomes
- Define KPIs and measure process improvement benefits
- Experience in process improvement and automation delivery
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Celonis or similar automation platforms
- Exposure to Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI or equivalent technologies
- Understanding of workflow orchestration and API integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
