Summary
Contract Data Project Manager (up to £750/day, outside IR35) for a major enterprise-wide data transformation programme, based in London with ~50% office time. Hands-on delivery across data platforms, cloud migration, MDM, data governance and quality, managing dependencies, risks, budgets and C-suite stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Data Project Manager to join a major enterprise-wide data transformation programme.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can operate in a complex, ambiguous environment, take ownership quickly and drive delivery across multiple technical and business teams.
Experience required
- 10-15+ years' Project Management experience
- Strong background delivering large-scale data transformation projects
- Experience across areas such as data platforms, cloud migration, MDM, data governance, data quality or Legacy platform consolidation
- Strong senior stakeholder and C-suite communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, budgets and delivery plans
- Comfortable working closely with Data Engineering, Architecture and Governance teams
- Hands-on delivery mindset rather than purely programme-level governance
Experience within insurance or financial services would be beneficial but is not essential.
Rate: Up to £750 per day
Location: London, approximately 50% office based (square mile)
