Senior data developer at Verita HR (a recruitment firm) delivering end-to-end data and reporting projects: building KPIs and data models from multiple sources, matching datasets, and complex reporting in Google Cloud/BigQuery or Microsoft SQL Server using SQL/T-SQL and Python. Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- End-to-end delivery of projects such as performance KPIs and data models built from multiple sources, covering data discovery, cleaning, transformation, metrics calculation, aggregation and validation
- Perform matching and linking across datasets
- Ensure secure data movement from sources to targets
- Deliver complex reporting solutions in Google Cloud and/or Microsoft SQL Server using Python, T-SQL and other technologies
- Work with stakeholders and business partners to understand requirements, process logic and core problem statements
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Identify and manage risks and blockers in your area
- Document processes through roadmaps, process descriptions and other materials
- Drive assigned projects, facilitating discussions and monitoring progress
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Proven and demonstrable experience of working in a data-related role (at least 3 years): SQL development, data analysis, data engineering, data architecture, data management and / or modelling with hands-on technical experience of using associated technologies – we are looking for an expert in the area, willing and able to pick up the challenging tasks from the first day on the role.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational database systems; additional advantages include experience with Google Cloud Platform (especially BigQuery and Data Studio), ETL and data warehousing principles, business reporting and dashboards, and Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business English
- Positive, proactive and goal-oriented approach: you solve problems independently, actively seek solutions and look for ways to support projects beyond delivery
