Summary
Data Scientist to be the first hire in a new data function at a Real Estate/Proptech company, supporting marketing and sales through predictive modelling, statistical analysis and data visualisation using Python, R, SQL, Excel and Salesforce. 3-month outside-IR35 contract with hybrid working in Soho, West London.
Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year
Requirements:- Understanding of predictive models and statistical analysis
- Highly skilled in Python and R
- Start-up experience or previous experience as a first hire within Data Science
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and desirably Salesforce
- Ideally, experience with a previous property company in Real Estate or Proptech
- Help drive our marketing and sales divisions through data science
- Be our first hire into a new data function

We are an exciting Real Estate/Proptech organisation starting up a new Data function to support our marketing and sales divisions. This is a 3-month contract outside IR35, paying 700 per day, with a hybrid London working arrangement. We are looking for someone to join us as the first hire into the team and help shape its future.
