Data Scientist (Mid / Senior) - AI, Machine Learning & Data Engineering
We are looking for a Mid to Senior Data Scientist with strong Data Engineering capabilities to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions.
This role involves the full AI lifecycle, including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models
- Build predictive analytics solutions for maintenance, forecasting, healthcare analytics, and business optimization
- Perform data analysis, statistical modelling, feature engineering, and model tuning
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows
- Integrate data from IoT devices, APIs, enterprise systems, databases, and cloud platforms
- Support production deployment of AI/ML models
- Work with Software Engineering and DevOps teams on MLOps, CI/CD, and automation
- Present technical findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI development, or related roles
- Hands-on experience in Data Engineering, backend data processing, or scalable data platforms
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production is an added advantage
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools is an advantage.
- Exposure to cloud analytics platforms such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS is an added advantage.
