Data Scientist (ML + Agentic AI)

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and hands-on experience in developing predictive models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, model development, and data visualization, along with exposure to Agentic AI concepts and applications.

The candidate will be responsible for transforming structured and unstructured data into actionable insights, developing intelligent models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable data science solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, preprocess, and validate structured and unstructured datasets for analysis and model development.

• Develop, train, test, and optimize predictive models using Python and Machine Learning algorithms.

• Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and experimentation techniques to identify patterns and generate business insights.

• Work on Machine Learning use cases involving classification, regression, clustering, and predictive analytics.

• Leverage ML frameworks and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and other relevant Python-based tools.

• Work on Agentic AI concepts and use cases, including intelligent agents and AI-driven automation.

• Build visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.

• Translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineering teams to deploy models into production.

• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve model accuracy and workflows.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python for Data Science.

• Expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, and Predictive Modeling.

• Experience in data preparation, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical techniques.

• Hands-on experience with libraries/frameworks such as:

  • Scikit-learn

  • TensorFlow

  • Pandas and NumPy

• Exposure to Agentic AI and AI-driven solutions.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing and deploying end-to-end Machine Learning solutions.

• Knowledge of model optimization, experimentation, and performance monitoring.

• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent AI agents.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.

Candidate Requirements

• 7-11 years of relevant experience in Data Science.

• Strong practical experience in Python and Machine Learning.

• Exposure to ML + Agentic AI is expected.

• Must be available to join immediately.

• Should be comfortable attending client interviews.
