You’ve got:
- 8+ years in data science or applied AI, with real quantitative and statistical depth (experimentation, causal inference, uplift, survival modelling)
- Production ML experience across churn prediction, recommendation systems and next best action or decisioning
- Hands-on LLM and agentic work: RAG, orchestration, evals, and tools like LangGraph, Bedrock or Vertex AI
- Strong Python and SQL, and comfort taking models into production with MLOps
- The ability to explain results to non-technical stakeholders and tie them to commercial outcomes
