Data Scientist Senior Associate 1
We seek a skilled and passionate Data Scientist to join our agile Scrum team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing the Green logistics platform, the Health platform the Customer-centric platform, and the Circular platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver data-driven solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities:
- Sprint Participation: Actively participate in all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Data Analysis & Modeling:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation.
- Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, preferably within an agile environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
