Data & Systems Analyst (Student Admissions/Government School)

Salary: $4,000 – $6,000 per month

This position will start off as 11 months contract.

Location:
Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)

Duties:

• Works closely with stakeholders to support the smooth execution of joint-polytechnic admissions exercises

• Manages admissions and enrolment systems, as well as digital services, and partners with the application development team to test and implement system enhancement, troubleshoot issues, and support end-users

• Supports academic operations, including the processing of results and certificates

• Leverages digital tools to generate accurate and meaningful statistics covering admissions, enrolment, academic and student-related data, to improve processes and provide insights for decision making

• Leads or contributes to projects that enhance service delivery and learners’ experience through digitalisation, including developing e-workflows and process automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Apps

• Comfortable working with and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and other advanced functions, as well as using other tools to create reports and dashboards

• Knowledge of scripting, data analysis and analytics tools such as Python, Microsoft Access and Power BI will be an advantage
  
  

Working Hour:

Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

Depending on experience and qualification
