About the role
This is a rare chance to build a data capability largely from scratch, setting the standards and patterns that will underpin the Group's data warehouse for years to come.

- Building scalable, maintainable data pipelines that integrate clinical, operational, financial, workforce and external systems
- Implementing data models that support operational reporting, analytics, performance measurement and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with the IT team to configure and maintain cloud based or hybrid data platforms, including automated deployment and monitoring
- Implementing data quality controls and validation frameworks, and supporting secure, compliant access to data assets
- Contributing to enterprise data governance practices and standards for data lifecycle management
- Building relationships across the business to translate clinical and operational needs into practical data warehouse solutions
The successful candidate will:
- Have 3-5 years' direct experience implementing the technical stack supporting a group wide, Azure-based data warehouse build
- Have expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure-based data warehouse environments
- Have experience working with data from multiple source systems, including clinical, operational and/or back office datasets
- Hold a recognised industry certification and/or tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent commercial experience
