Database Administrator
Summary
Leads database migration projects and designs deployment strategies for relational, key-value, and document databases while using AI-driven automation and Terraform to strengthen the data platform.
You will lead large database migration projects driven by acquisitions, client onboarding, and platform growth, minimizing downtime and ensuring zero data loss. You will design and execute deployment strategies for blue/green migrations, archiving, and partitioning across relational, key-value, and document databases. You will use AI-driven automation and AI-assisted development tools to strengthen the data platform, ship Terraform modules and operational tooling faster, and collaborate with the data insights team on a shared data lakehouse. You will guide engineers toward the right data storage solutions, promote a strong documentation culture, and participate in incident management and support rotations.
