Database Administrator Job In Kuwait

We're looking for a Database Administrator to join our team in Kuwait.

Role: Maintain, support, and improve our SQL Server data warehouse and ETL environment.

What You'll Do

• Administer our AWS-hosted Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse
• Monitor and troubleshoot SSIS packages and ETL jobs
• Maintain data integration across school, HR, accounting, and payment systems
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance
• Support backup, recovery, and business continuity processes
• Maintain documentation and support reporting/dashboards

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong SQL Server administration and T-SQL skills (stored procedures, views, performance tuning).
• Hands-on SSIS development and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with ETL design, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with AWS-hosted Windows/SQL Server environments.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and a strong problem solver.
