Summary
Manages Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases, backups, and monitoring for a bank, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security while supporting applications and batch operations.
To effectively manage and support the Bank’s current database systems (and their operating systems) and monitoring tools through the provision of timely, effective and professional ICT services as well as backups and restore of Bank’s database systems. Current database system includes Oracle and Microsoft SQL. This document also applies to any other database systems to be deployed by the bank in the future.

Experience design, develop, test and maintain the bank's proprietary technology applications as well as those leased or purchased from third parties. It includes analysing functional requirements, translating system requirements into applications prototypes, writing and maintaining code, determining output and user interfaces as well as testing and maintaining programming documentation. Monitor adherence to change and run SLAs.
