What You'll Do:
- Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities in a day program setting.
- Support individuals in developing life, social, and vocational skills through structured activities.
- Assist individuals with personal care needs as required while maintaining dignity and respect.
- Facilitate group activities, community outings, and skill-building programs.
- Monitor individuals' safety, health, and well-being throughout the day.
- Document services, progress, and incidents according to program and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support individualized support plans.
- Promote independence, inclusion, and positive engagement for all participants.
- Other duties as needed.
