DCP-Test Engineer（Global）-Xi’an
Summary
Test engineer designing and running hardware/software tests for server power supplies and communication power products, including automated test platforms and root-cause analysis.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for hardware and software testing of server power supply products, as well as module-level (Black-box / White-box) and system-level testing of communication power products.
- Participate in product requirement analysis, early-stage planning, and design reviews.
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including test specifications, test plans, and test reports.
- Design, build, and optimize test platforms, including the development of automated testing capabilities.
- Perform functional, performance, reliability, and stress testing to ensure products meet design specifications and requirements.
- Investigate and analyze issues identified during testing, perform root cause analysis, track corrective actions, and drive issue resolution.
- Support verification and validation activities during EVT, DVT, certification, and production ramp-up phases.
- Continuously improve test methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid foundation in analog and digital circuits, with good understanding of common power electronics circuits and strong hands-on laboratory skills.
- Familiar with switching power supply principles and common power topologies such as LLC, Totem-Pole PFC, and PSFB.
- Proficient in the use of test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and electronic loads.
- Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand technical documentation and prepare test reports.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly responsible, with strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the development or testing of switching power supplies, server power supplies, liquid-cooled power supplies, rectifier modules, UPS systems, or related products.
- Familiarity with server power standards, AI server power architectures, or data center power systems.
- Experience in white-box testing, failure analysis, and power supply debugging.
- Experience in Test Project Management (TPM) or as a Test Project Manager.
- Experience in the development of automated test platforms is highly desirable.
