About IT
DHL Supply Chain is the global branding company expertise in 3rd Party Logistics services. Our IT in TW is to implement business IT requirement as well as align with group IT compliance scope.
The function in TW IT includes Application and Infrastructure team who respond for total warehouse and transportation solutions. Application will implement and maintenance Warehouse Management Systems and Transport Management System, Infrastructure focus on network and vendor management.
To make sure solution delivery on time, TW IT work very closely with Regional Team on total DHL Supply Chain solutions and support business growth in Taiwan.
Main responsibilities
 3rd Party Logistics IT role as Service Owner of TW WMS, to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA), as well as compliance with DSC IT policy
 Basic project management concept and support WMS migration and implementation projects
 Work together with the support team in Regional and provide maintenance support to warehouse management system
 Implement new account onto Manhatton Active Warehouse Management System
 Conduct IT tasks coordination and configuration between customer and operations during project execution
 Perform requirement analysis, basic WMS configuration as well as EDI integration
 Participate in the System Integration Testing (SIT) during implementation and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
 Leverage APAC country experience for WMS implementation and migration
 Support and implement Transportation Management System (TMS) when applicable

 身為第三方物流 IT 部門的 TW WMS 服務負責人，確保服務等級協定 (SLA) 的履行以及符合 DHL IT 政策。
 具備基本的專案管理概念，並支援 WMS 升級和導入專案。
 與亞太區域支援團隊合作，為倉庫管理系統提供支援。
 將新帳戶部署到Manhatton倉庫管理系統 (Manhatton Active Warehouse Management System)。
 在專案執行期間，協調客戶和營運部門之間的 IT 任務和配置。
 進行需求分析、基本的 WMS 配置以及 EDI 整合。
 參與實施過程中的系統整合測試 (SIT)，並支援驗收測試 (UAT)。
 利用亞太地區在 WMS 升級和導入的經驗。
支援和導入運輸管理系統 (TMS)。

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree and up, major in Supply Chain Management, Information Management or Business Management is a plus.
 Basic English communication.
 2+ year in system / Applications development and integration in IT area.
 Understanding SQL language, Power BI development and EDI mapping skillsets
 Independent thinking and working spirit

 大專及以上學歷，供應鏈管理、資訊管理或工商管理專業優先。
 基本的英語溝通能力。
 兩年以上IT領域系統/應用開發與整合經驗。
 掌握SQL語言、Power BI開發和EDI技能。
 獨立思考和工作態度。
