Dealer and Field Sales Training Lead
Posted Updated
Description
About the role
Watu is looking for a Dealer & Field Sales Training Lead to build the knowledge, skills and confidence of our dealership partners and field sales teams across South Africa.
You will prepare new dealership owners, managers and field officers to follow Watu’s sales process correctly from day one. This includes understanding our products, explaining them clearly to customers, completing each stage of the sale accurately and coordinating handoffs to other departments.
This is a practical, field-focused role. You will spend three days a week at dealer sites, observing customer interactions, coaching field officers and identifying what helps or prevents teams from performing well. You will turn these findings into targeted training, practical tools and recommendations for the Sales Manager and senior business development leadership.
Success means teams can apply what they learn: serve customers professionally, follow the correct process and complete sales with fewer avoidable errors and delays.
What you will do
Two days a week in the office and three days a week in the field, with regular travel to dealer sites across South Africa, including some weekends where required.
