Key Responsibilities
•
Inbound Lead Management: Promptly attend to a daily list of provided dealership leads
from the CRM.
• Shortlisting: Filter leads based on strictly defined criteria, including investment
capacity, real estate availability (showroom/service area), and local market
influence.
• Business Pitching: Effectively communicate the "Oben Advantage"—including
our LFP battery technology, 150cc-equivalent performance, and dealership ROI
models.
• Documentation Management: Collect and verify preliminary documents (KYC,
f
inancial statements, property photos/plans) from interested parties.
• Database Management: Maintain a clean and updated CRM of all prospective
dealers, tracking every stage of the conversation from "First Call" to "Shortlisted."
• Coordination: Schedule secondary meetings or site visits for the regional
managers once a lead is successfully shortlisted.
• Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the ground (via dealer calls)
regarding competitor offerings and local demand to help refine our expansion
strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Dealer Development, Channel Sales, or
Inside Sales (preferably in Automotive, EV, or Consumer Durables).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
and [Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Kannada]. Ability to build rapport over the
phone is critical.
