As a Deals Delivering Deals Value-Manager, you will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximizing the value of their investments. You will be responsible for financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be part of our Deals practice, providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.
Responsibilities
- Developing strategies for post-merger integration to maximize investment value
- Leading teams in executing complex transactions and navigating restructuring processes
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process improvement to enhance client outcomes
- Implementing change management and operational performance management strategies
- Engaging in stakeholder management and relationship building to foster client trust
- Providing operational advice and synergy analysis for deal integration
- Managing project timelines and budgets to achieve successful deal outcomes
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality results
- Encouraging intellectual curiosity and learning agility within the team
- Addressing conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional standards and the firm's code of conduct in all engagements
- Lead pre-deal IT, Operational and Commercial Due Diligence projects
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience on Deals and M&A Strategy
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

-Preference for a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (desirable)
