Our crews deliver the drinks people love to grocery stores, convenience stores, bars, and restaurants across the state. Next time you grab a cold one from a fully stocked cooler, there’s a good chance Summit delivered it. As a Delivery Driver Helper, you'll team up with our Delivery Drivers, get out on the route every day, and keep our customers' shelves and coolers full. It's an active, hands-on job with a four-day schedule and pay that rewards good work.
What You'll Do
- Ride along with your Delivery Driver and help with deliveries to every scheduled account
- Unload and move product with hand trucks and other equipment, keeping work areas clean and organized
- Stock coolers, cold boxes, shelves and displays quickly and efficiently in high-volume stores
- Rotate product so customers always get fresh stock
- Organize storage rooms and move product from the back room to the sales floor
- Flag customer issues or opportunities to your Driver, Lead Helper or Supervisor
What We Offer
- Pay: $18 – 20/hour, plus bonus incentives
- Train with us to get your CDL!
- 4-day work week: four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays
