We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Demand Fulfilment Coordinator to join our Americas Supply Chain team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination between growers, sales teams, and logistics by maintaining accurate supply data, supporting forecasting activities, and facilitating efficient product allocation.

Key Performance Outputs
Grower Forecast Management
- Consolidate and format crop forecast data from growers
- Track and follow up on outstanding estimates
- Distribute forecasts to internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Agronomy, Quality)
- Monitor forecast vs. actual performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Planning & Workbook Updates
- Maintain and update farm-specific allocation and volume projection workbooks
- Support Grower Controllers in updating sales plans within PPPO workbooks
Packing Coordination
- Assist in executing packing instructions as directed by the Supply Chain team
Opportunity Verification
- Ensure all sales opportunities align with packing instructions
- Confirm accurate allocation of opportunities to growers
- Communicate discrepancies to Supply Chain and Sales teams
Supply Chain Coordination
- Monitor and manage the SupplyChainAmericas mailbox and communication channels
- Support cross-functional coordination across departments
Vessel & Shipment Tracking
- Track containers daily and report updates
- Maintain shipment tracking information in NetSuite (Gate In/Out, ATD, ATA)
- Upload and communicate shipment updates via tracking system
Reporting & Analysis
- Assist with data analysis and visualization (seasonal trends, demand vs. production)
- Support reporting requirements for Logistics Manager and Supply Chain team
System Data Management
- Capture and maintain packing lists and relevant data in NetSuite
- Provide administrative and operational support across supply chain processes
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar planning/allocation role (preferably in fresh produce)
- Spanish language proficiency (essential)
