As a Demand Pre-Sales Excellence - Oracle Finance - Senior Manager, you will lead and innovate within our Oracle Finance practice, focusing on delivering strategic solutions to our clients. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and experience to guide large projects, drive operational excellence, and interact with clients at a strategic level to validate project success. You will be instrumental in developing high-performing teams, solving complex problems, and applying sound judgment to make impactful decisions.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Digital Core Modernisation network, working within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice. You will have the opportunity to influence and shape the future of finance technology solutions, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver quality results. Your role will involve crafting clear and engaging messages, validating outcomes with clients, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can deepen your skills and contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and execution of Oracle Finance solutions to enhance client financial processes
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic financial advice to drive successful project outcomes
- Overseeing the implementation of Oracle Financials, including modules such as Oracle General Ledger and Oracle Receivables
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive finance transformation initiatives
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting skills to support client decision-making and business planning
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
- Confirming compliance with financial regulations and standards through diligent financial reporting and analysis
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement innovative financial management solutions
- Presenting financial reports and insights to clients, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Leading finance transformation initiatives using Oracle Financials
- Managing complex financial reporting and analysis projects
- Utilizing Oracle Hyperion Financial Management for strategic financial planning
- Demonstrating advanced skills in financial risk management and compliance
- Innovating finance process improvements in Oracle ERP environments
