The hotel features 319 spacious guest rooms and suites, 12 versatile event spaces, a modern restaurant, a traditional pub-style bar, and a luxurious spa with an indoor pool and fitness centre.
The Role
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the team in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to prepare and present high-quality dishes for our guests. You will work as part of a busy culinary team, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and continue developing your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic chef looking to grow their career with Hyatt
This is a full-time, on-site role, working 37.5 hours per week.
