Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment journey
- Take and process dental radiographs, digital scans, and intraoral photographs
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and equipment
- Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures
- Accurately document patient care in electronic records
- Assist with orthodontic treatment procedures and appliance adjustments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-focused clinical environment
- Adhere to all OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board, and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Required
- X-Ray Certification
- EFODA Certification or willingness to obtain within six (6) months of hire
Preferred
- Prior dental or orthodontic assisting experience
