General Manager – Affordable Dentures & Implants
Location: 1704 Military Pkwy, Ste 700, Mesquite, TX 75149Salary: $65,000 per year + performance bonus
Job Purpose
The General Manager is the leader of the Affordable Dentures & Implants office and is responsible for driving overall operational, financial, team, and patient experience performance. This role provides day-to-day leadership to the office team and on-site laboratory while ensuring a high standard of patient care, compliance, efficiency, and service.

General Duties & Responsibilities
Office Operations & Patient Experience
Lead the day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring an efficient, professional, and welcoming environment.
Oversee scheduling, patient flow, consultations, and overall patient experience.
Resolve patient concerns and complaints professionally and with a patient-first approach.
Ensure the office and property are clean, organized, well-maintained, and appropriately stocked.
Open and close the office as needed.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, patient chart requirements, and other applicable regulations.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, motivate, and develop the office team to achieve operational, financial, and patient experience goals.
Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members to ensure they are fully equipped to perform their roles.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action when appropriate.
Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on accountability and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Keep doctors informed of key practice activities, challenges, opportunities, and successes.
Laboratory Oversight
Supervise the on-site laboratory, including quality, production, efficiency, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Partner with the laboratory and office teams to ensure timely, high-quality patient outcomes.
Financial & Administrative Management
Ensure daily revenue reports are accurate and submitted timely.
Ensure daily bank deposits are completed.
Monitor and manage office expenses, including payroll, dental supplies, and advertising.
Submit invoices to Accounting on a weekly basis.
Manage petty cash and provide required reporting to Accounting.
Submit payroll information accurately and on time for all office team members.
Monitor office performance and take action to improve financial and operational results.
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Minimum of 3 years of management experience; healthcare, dental, retail, or other customer-focused environments preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions.
Results-oriented with the ability to set priorities, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet and word-processing applications, as well as email.
Ability to collaborate effectively with doctors, team members, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners.
