Description
Service Technician - 180 KWD - 200 KWD
· Technical specialist in a motor vehicle service profession with 3-5 years of experience required.
· He will responsible for performing all kinds of service operations (inspections), defined assembly operations, and maintenance repairs with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Electricians/Diagnostic Technicians - 350KD
• Diploma/ITI or equivalent qualification in Automotive/Mechanical
• Good experience in PHEV, hybrid or EV vehicles
• Knowledge of high-voltage battery systems, electric motors, inverters and charging systems
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience using OEM diagnostic testers, wiring diagrams and CAN communication systems
• Experience with 4WD/body-on-frame SUVs, pickups and premium vehicles will be an advantage
• Familiarity with ADAS, electronic suspension and advanced vehicle control systems will be preferred
• Good understanding of workshop EV Vehicle safety procedures & Good English communication skills
• The candidates with previous experience working on Chinese PHEV/EV or similar brands will be preferred.
Training Incharge - 500 KWD - 600 KWD
• Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 -10 years of automotive technical experience, with exposure to diagnostics and repair.
Prior experience in a technical training role or coaching is a must.
Junior Technical Trainer - 400 KWD
• Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 -3 years of automotive technical experience, with exposure to diagnostics and repair.
• Prior experience in technical training role or coaching is a must.
• Good presentation, communication, and report-writing skills (Microsoft office).
• Proficient in OEM diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical systems.
Candidates Requirement:
- Age: 23 – 35 years
- Experience letter from previous current automotive dealership is preferable.
- Willing to work extend hours (OT) as per business requirement.
- Excellent attitude and good communication.
- GCC experience is an add on and not mandatory.
