Deployment Strategist APAC

You will advise regulators, financial institutions, and crypto businesses on platform usage, explain blockchain investigations, deliver demonstrations and training in English and Mandarin, relay customer feedback, monitor engagement, mitigate churn, and identify account expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Advise regulators, financial institutions, and crypto businesses on platform effectiveness
• Explain technical and investigative concepts and support blockchain data interpretation
• Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations
• Conduct structured training sessions in English and Mandarin
• Channel customer feedback to product and engineering teams
• Monitor customer engagement and usage trends
• Identify churn risk and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain engagement with customer stakeholders
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Account Directors
• Provide minimal weekend monitoring for priority issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics
• Experience in compliance, investigations, or customer-facing functions
• Ability to structure complex problems and prioritize critical issues
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical and investigative concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
