Deployment Strategist
You will lead end-to-end customer engagements, from discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery. You will conduct blockchain investigations, build tailored workflows and analytical artifacts, train customer teams, deliver technical briefings, support strategic pre-sales engagements, and share field feedback with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer engagements from discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery
- Conduct blockchain investigations using tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques
- Partner with customers to translate investigative, intelligence, compliance, and operational objectives into actionable outcomes
- Design, build, and maintain custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models
- Enable customers to operate solutions independently through training and knowledge transfer
- Act as the primary technical and domain advisor for customers
- Deliver live training, demos, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings
- Support pre-sales technical engagement, discovery, proof-of-value sessions, and solution scoping
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales to improve offerings based on customer feedback
- Develop and share investigative techniques and domain best practices
Requirements
- Experience conducting or supporting cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence work, or financial crime analysis
- Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, including BTC, ETH, stablecoins, and DeFi
- Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions in complex operational environments
- Experience working with customers in law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security-focused domains
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development
- Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows
- Understanding of data modelling, querying, and large datasets
- Substantive knowledge of financial and cyber crime investigations, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi or protocol security, tax, or private sector risk
- Ability to communicate complex investigative and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading customer sessions, workshops, training, and technical working groups
