Deployment Strategist Eastern Europe

You will advise crypto businesses and financial institutions, explain blockchain investigations, deliver product demonstrations and training, relay customer feedback, monitor engagement, mitigate churn, and provide timely support during sanctions updates and critical investigations.

Responsibilities

• Advise crypto businesses and financial institutions on platform effectiveness
• Explain technical and investigative concepts and support blockchain data interpretation
• Build and deliver product demonstrations for investigators, analysts, compliance officers, supervisors, and risk teams
• Conduct structured customer training sessions
• Channel customer feedback to product and engineering teams
• Monitor customer engagement and usage trends
• Identify churn risk and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain engagement with customer stakeholders
• Triage customer questions during time-sensitive events
• Coordinate trace validation and gather intelligence

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• High proficiency in English
• Polish language skills desirable
• Hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics
• Experience in compliance, investigations, or customer-facing functions
• Ability to structure complex problems and prioritize critical issues
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical and investigative concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
