The Role
The client is hiring Deployment Strategists to work directly with the founders building for the private equity market. This is a chance to join the founding team, shape product strategy and culture, and see the full lifecycle from sales to delivering customer value.
What You Will Do
- Partner with the founders to design and refine core AI agent workflows.
- Lead customer engagements end to end and increasingly own client relationships.
- Operate from first principles with high autonomy.
- Feed client insights into product development and strategy.
- Support sales to win new clients and recurring engagements.
What You Bring
- 1.5+ years of management consulting at a top firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG) with significant commercial due diligence work
- Ideally 1-2 years as a private equity associate
- High autonomy and first-principles thinking
- Ability to work in the San Francisco office 6 days a week
