Deployment Strategist Lead
You open a new market, hire and lead a regional engineering team, win strategic customers, design integrations, guide implementation, build demonstrations, and own major projects. You engage executive stakeholders and collaborate with research and product teams to improve voice and audio AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Open a new market
- Hire and lead a team of forward deployed engineers
- Meet with strategic customers to understand their needs
- Identify use cases and implement voice and audio AI solutions
- Design and architect bespoke customer integrations
- Guide customers on implementing voice and audio AI models
- Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
- Incorporate field insights into software products and AI models
- Build and deliver product demonstrations
- Scope applications in new industries
- Own end-to-end execution of major strategic projects
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams
Requirements
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Ability to hire, develop, and manage technical teams
- Basic Python proficiency
- Understanding of API integration
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude with voice and audio AI models
- Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives
- Understanding of deal structures and go-to-market motions
- Experience developing partner ecosystems preferred
